Getting around
Où est… ? means “Where is…?” and C’est combien ? means “How much is it?”.
At cafés and restaurants
Je voudrais… is a polite way to say “I would like…”. L’addition, s’il vous plaît asks for the bill.
When you need help
Je ne comprends pas means “I don’t understand”. Pouvez-vous répéter ? means “Can you repeat?”
