Recognise Albanian ë and keep it in the spelling of frequent words.

The letter ë is part of the Albanian alphabet. It can appear at the beginning, middle or end of a word: është, këtu, këngë, mirë. It must not be dropped in writing.

Watch out
If ë is not visible on your keyboard, use an Albanian layout or insert the character: replacing ë with e changes the spelling.
